In his own words, Daniel tells us why he founded Christian Children Foundation.

It started in 2007 when my dad left us [Daniel and his mother] with my little brother, Issac, and a sister, Deborah. It was hard growing up to have our basic needs met and to be educated.

Regardless of all the struggles, our mom sacrificed her self and provided through a lot of harship until we made it to primary school, when things began to fall apart.

From there it was hard to find a way forward and, being the eldest, I had to look for a job to sustain us. I was 13 when I began working.

Experiencing that hardship when I was growing up I realized that me and my family were not the only ones going through that type of life. When I looked around in society, I saw many families and children suffering. Unfortunately, government landgrabbing has led to a remarked increase in homelessness. People are being displaced through no fault of their own.

I decided to stand and speak up for those in need, regardless of barely having anything to help them with. I reached out to both organizations and indivuals to lift the livelihood of those who needed the help the most, but I was taken for granted. This is when I decided to try social media and I began an Instragram account.

My goal is to empower poor people and orphaned children through providing necessary aid at the early stages and then later to equip people with skills to help them start small businesses in the long-term.

That can only be achieved with the support from each of our dear friends. Together we can uplift our sociert through spreading awareness, dedication, and commitment. Let’s see how you can help.
